Tagliatelle with chicken, carrots and courgette

Ingredients: 4 persons 400g chicken cut into cubes 250g Tagliatelle 2 sliced courgette 500g sliced carrots Lemon juice (1/2 lemon) Shredded parsley 2 cloves of garlic liquid margarine 1 teaspoon Ras El Hanout 1dl low-fat vegetable broth Preparation method: Fry the garlic, add the courgettes and carrots and let it braise for 5 minutes. Ingredients: 4 persons 250g mushrooms 400g chicken breast 1 tbsp liquid margarine 50g flour 500ml skimmed milk Low-fat chicken bouillon cube Preparation method: Cut the chicken into cubes and bake them together with the mushrooms in the margarine. Ingredients: 4 persons 400g chicken brest cut into cubes 3 tbsp tomato paste 2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce 250g cherry tomatoes rosemary wooden skewers Preparation method: Soak the skewers in water for 30 minutes so they won’t burn. Simple wok

Ingredients: 4 persons 800g potatoes 400g chicken 1000g vegetable mix 1 tbsp liquid margarine Wok spice Soy sauce Preparation method: Wash and chop the potatoes and vegetables. Cut the chicken into small slivers. Boil the potatoes (or steam them or place them in the microwave). Cook the chicken slivers and season them with wok spice.
