Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
- You may return physical products within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products (meal plans, consultations, software) once delivered
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Certain health and personal care items for hygiene reasons
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
- Sale items are not refundable.
- Digital services (meal plans, consultations) are non-refundable once delivered, except in cases where the service was not provided as described.
Late or missing refunds:
- First check your bank account and contact your card provider.
- Processing times vary by bank.

3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- To request an exchange, email us at info@amelierosseneu.com and send the item to:

4. Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- If the gift was purchased and shipped to the giver, refunds will be issued to the giver.
5. Shipping Returns
- To return your product, mail it to:

- For items over €50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
6. International Customers
- If you are purchasing from outside Israel, please note that local consumer protection laws may provide additional rights (such as a 14-day cancellation period in the EU).
- Where applicable, we will comply with these statutory requirements.
7. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email info@amelierosseneu.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return
We will provide instructions for shipping your item back. Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.
