Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may return physical products within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products (meal plans, consultations, software) once delivered
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Certain health and personal care items for hygiene reasons

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Sale items are not refundable.
  • Digital services (meal plans, consultations) are non-refundable once delivered, except in cases where the service was not provided as described.

Late or missing refunds:

  • First check your bank account and contact your card provider.
  • Processing times vary by bank.
  • If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@amelierosseneu.com.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • To request an exchange, email us at info@amelierosseneu.com and send the item to:

4. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • If the gift was purchased and shipped to the giver, refunds will be issued to the giver.

5. Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, mail it to:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • For items over €50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

6. International Customers

  • If you are purchasing from outside Israel, please note that local consumer protection laws may provide additional rights (such as a 14-day cancellation period in the EU).
  • Where applicable, we will comply with these statutory requirements.

7. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email info@amelierosseneu.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for return

We will provide instructions for shipping your item back. Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.
