Sometime it happens that a few days before the competition you’re still above your weight limit. There are effective and safe ways to get rid of the remaining weight without endangering your performance in the competition nor your general health. Besides a plan to cut the last few pounds I also offer a recovery plan to be at your best in the competition and advise on what to eat during the competition
A weight cutting plan preferably comes together with a healthy meal plan. A weight cutting plan should only be used if reaching your competition weight with a healthy diet is impossible.
How does it work?
- After your purchase you will receive an email with a questionnaire.
- After you fill in the questionnaire, I will build a personalized 1-week weight cutting plan based on your goals, habits, food preferences and training plan. This usually takes 1-2 business days.
- You can contact me with questions regarding the weigh cutting plan and if necessary small adjustments can be made free of charge.
