Light chocolate mousse

Ingredients:

6 persons

  • 100g Chocolate (black)
  • 60g Sugar
  • 3 tbsp skimmed milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 200g skimmed quark
  • 2 tbsp water

Preparation method:

Break the bars of chocolate in small parts and put those in a bowl. Place the bowl in the microwave and melt the chocolate at a low setting. Then add the milk and egg yolk and mix well.

Let 30g sugar dissolve in the water. Mix the sugarwater through the chocolate and add the quark.

Beat the egg white with the rest of the sugar until its stiff. Now carefully stir it into the chocolatemix.

Distribute the mousse over 6 cups and place them in the refrigerator for a while.
