Because training programs change all the time and circumstances before competition are never the same athletes often need updates to their program I offer consultation packages.

To bring your performance to the next level you need a personal nutritional plan. A good nutrition plan supports your training and helps recovery. All meal plans are build by a certified dietitian, taking into account your goals, current lifestyle, nutrition habits and preferences.

Losing and cutting weight are common practices leading up to a competition, but it doesn’t need to be torture or unhealthy. When approaching a competition, I work with a special 1-week schedule to reach your weight and be ready to kick-ass.

Everywhere in the world and online
Moving to a clinic for advice often does not fit into the busy schedule of an athlete and becomes quite difficult whilst attending a training camp. I believe in flexibility. My consultations are mostly online, so you only need a smartphone, tablet or PC and all the information you need will come to you.
Meal plans are provided for optimal nutrition during training, weight loss, weight gain, body mass re-composition and/or adopting a healthy diet.
How does it work?
- After your purchase you will receive an email with a questionnaire and a food diary template.
- After you fill in the questionnaire and record 4 days in your food diary, I will build a personalized meal plan based on your goals, habits, food preferences and training plan. This usually takes 2-4 business days.
- You can contact me with questions regarding the meal plan and if necessary small adjustments can be made free of charge.
- Changes in routines, goals or training plan may require an update of the meal plan. Just email me and explain the new situation. I update your meal plan according to your needs.
- Before competitions I can provide a weight cutting plan of 7 days.
