I do not believe in quick diets and quick fixes. So if you’re looking to lose 10-20 kilos in a month you should google “crash diet”. However if you want to change your life, adopt a healthy lifestyle and lose some weight on the way, I can help you. I offer customized plans, advice and coaching to feel fit again and maintain your goal weight for the rest of your life.

A healthy lifestyle goes hand in hand with a healthy diet and an active life. I can help you with both. Changes require planning. When you have a plan, you can stick to it and make it your new habit.
A personal approach:
You’re not a number and I’m not a computer. Each individual is unique, so I look for the best approach for each person. Some people never want to give up their chocolate, they don’t have to! Some people hate the idea of having to go to the gym, they don’t have to! I believe there is always a way to make it work.
Changing a lifestyle does not happen in 1,2,3, but requires the necessary collaboration and coaching. Many online programs ask you for some information and give you a nutrition and / or training schedule. Although I also work with schedules, these are more for guidance and always negotiable. Only through communication can we work together and create the perfect plan for you.

Moving to a practice for advice often means a lot of time lost. The time you are on the road can be used more efficiently by going on an extra stroll in the park or preparing a delicious meal. I believe in flexibility. My consultations are mostly done online, so you only need a smartphone, tablet or PC to connect.
