For the past two years I’ve been writing a book about nutrition and combat sports. It’s nearly finished and I’m very excited about finally sharing my work with you. It will give athletes, coaches and parents answers to all their questions. The book explains about the fundamental basics of eating healthy, how food can be used as a drugs to improve your performance and the secrets of weight loss & weight cutting. Also less common topics like nutrition for growing athletes, gaining weight and eating disorders get their rightful place.
